Labor included necessary time for system inspections, diagnostic testing and test drive based on minimum 1/2 hour labor time. ENGINE WAS NEARLY OUT OF OIL – ADDED 4 QTS OF OIL TO FILL IT UP – VEHICLE WAS 7K MILES OVERDUE FOR OIL CHANGE – ENGINE IS NOW SOUNDING MUCH BETTER WITH OIL IN IT BUT WE CAN STILL HEAR A LITTLE KNOCKING TYPE NOISE FROM THE ENGINE – ITS VERY LIKELY THAT SOME ENGINE DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED – WE RECOMMEND TO DRIVE IT FOR A FEW HUNDRED MILES AND SEE HOW IT DOES.
